1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Athlo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. Athlo is operated by ThinkScoop Inc.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Athletes and brands each agree to represent themselves truthfully.
3. Marketplace & deals
Athlo facilitates connections and payments between athletes and brands. Athlo is not a party to the agreements between users and is not responsible for the performance of any sponsorship. Users are responsible for the terms they agree to.
4. Payments & fees
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Athlo charges a platform fee of 5% on funded deals. Fees are disclosed before any transaction is completed.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, misrepresent your audience or identity, or circumvent Athlo's payment systems. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
6. Intellectual property
All Platform content, branding, and software are owned by Athlo and its licensors. Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant Athlo a license to display it on the Platform.
7. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Athlo disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
